Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free standard shipping across the USA on all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. Expedited or priority shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak holiday seasons.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
After your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A hard copy of the invoice is included with your product shipment for your records. The invoice contains complete details of your order, including item descriptions, prices, taxes, and shipping information.

Payment Infomation

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is processed immediately after you confirm your order. Depending on your bank, the transaction may appear as “pending” for a short time before it’s fully posted. If your payment is declined or not authorized, the order will not be confirmed. We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction is safe.

What is wishlist?

A wishlist allows you to save your favorite products for later. You can add items you love and purchase them whenever you’re ready. It’s a convenient way to keep track of products you’re interested in without having to search for them again.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund according to our return policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. To make a request, contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.
